What data we process
To file your IEEPA tariff refund claims, we process: entry numbers (11-character alphanumeric), entry summary data (CF 7501), HTS codes, duty amounts, liquidation dates, and importer of record information. This data is necessary to generate CAPE-compliant CSV filings and prepare customs protests.
How we process it
Your import data is processed on secure, encrypted infrastructure. We analyze entries against IEEPA-affected HTS codes, calculate duty recovery amounts, and generate CBP-compliant filing documents. Data is transmitted to CBP only through authorized channels (ACE Portal).
Data sharing
We share your data only with CBP as required for filing your claims. We do not share, sell, or provide your import data to any other third parties without your explicit consent.
