TariffRefund provides IEEPA tariff refund filing services including entry analysis, CAPE declaration generation, protest preparation, and claim tracking. Our service is offered for one flat fee that is shown before you commit. We do not take a percentage of your refund and we do not charge a monthly subscription.

Accuracy of information
While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, CBP regulations, CAPE system procedures, and filing deadlines are subject to change. We recommend verifying critical deadlines directly with CBP or your customs broker.

TariffRefund is not liable for any missed filing deadlines, denied claims, or other outcomes related to your IEEPA tariff refund unless caused by our gross negligence. Refund amounts shown on our calculator and website are estimates and not guarantees.
